Returns Policy
In compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, The Consumer has the right to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods provided the goods are returned to Arabian Perfume Oil at the consumers own expense. The full refund will be for goods only and not postage costs, and will only be valid if the goods are unused and not tampered with. The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. Any returned items must be received within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
If you are just testing perfume oils, we suggest you buy our 1ml samples rather than a full bottle
